Michael Antonucci is an actor, writer, artist and model citizen based in New York City. He's been seen on HBO’s Girls, and was a host of NBC’s Saturday Night Line. In 2014 he showcased at Montreal’s Just For Laugh’s New Faces in the characters category.

 

Michael studied improv comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and performed on a house sketch team there for many years. He also played Kramer in the reoccurring stage show Improvised Seinfeld.

 

Michael is a founding member of the comedy/video production team Captain Hippo. With Captain Hippo, Michael co-wrote and sold a show called "Big Boys" to IFC.

 

Michael currently animates and does graphic design for Showtime's Desus & Mero. He has animated shorts for Above Average and cartoons for Comedy Central’s Snapchat channel. Michael has a BFA in traditional animation from The School of Visual Arts. While at school he worked for animators Bill Plympton and John Dilworth.
